[Elizabeth Peredo, 2013] La pregunta de si existe una humanidad y si podemos pensar en intereses globales como especie humana, más allá de los intereses nacionales lleva a considerar si los sistemas que rigen hoy la vida humana están ayudando a mantener  aquello que denominamos una “naturaleza humana” basada en la empatía, la solidaridad y sobre todo el sentido de sobrevivencia como colectivo o si mas bien hemos elegido una ruta de desmembración del género humano.
